Vote counts, winners, margins, turnout figures, candidate names, and related statistics are compiled from official records published by the Election Commission of India and state election commissions, together with carefully checked imports from published result sheets and gazette notifications.

Factual election outcomes (who won, how many votes were polled) are public information. This site organises those facts for easier browsing; it does not claim exclusive rights over the underlying public election results themselves.

3. Accuracy and corrections

We work from authoritative sources and aim for accuracy, but election data — especially historical records spanning delimitation changes, party mergers, spelling variants, and manual transcription — may contain gaps, delays, or discrepancies compared with the ECI’s primary published reports.

Results may be updated as fresher official data becomes available (for example during counting or after final gazette publication). Figures shown on a page reflect the data available at the time of the last import or update.

If you believe a figure, candidate name, party label, or constituency mapping is incorrect, please contact us with the page URL and, where possible, a link to the official ECI or state election source so we can review and correct it.
